My name is Bill Gross. I don't come to the Virtual School as new; I was the first full-time teacher when the Virtual School originated in 2002-03. I left to teach 5th grade and return after two years in the classroom. I came to education after 16 years of being in business for myself, running a sales agency. I chose to pursue education because of a need to make a difference in my life, the lives of my family, and with the thought that I could make a positive contribution to the lives of young people.

I am the father of four children ages 18, 16, 13, and 10, I love them all most of the time - just kidding. My wife is Vice President of a company that caters to the banking industry; she manages their credit card business.

I share the School District of Monroe's excitement regarding the opportunities that a Virtual School presents for our students. I look forward to growing in my position, providing all that I can for the growth and development of the students. I would like to thank you in advance for your help and support assisting your children in reaching their full potential and for choosing the Virtual School of Monroe as the vehicle for reaching their goals and dreams of a solid education.
